Washington has some great trails at places like Mt Pilchuck, Granite Mountain, Big Snow Mountain, Three Fingers, Mt Stuart, Whitehorse Mountain, Alpine Outlook, Carbon Glacier, Mt Baker, Vesper Peak and Heather Ridge. Oregon has 30 cross-country ski areas, mostly ungroomed trail networks located in the Cascade Mountains. Mount Bachelor is the Northwest's foremost cross-country ski center with over 50 km of groomed trails. Other Oregon trails include Mt Hood Meadows, East Fork Hood River, Government Camp Area Sno-Parks. Starr Ridge Sno-Park, Anthony Lakes, Diamond Lake Area, Crater Lake National Park and Lake of the Woods Resort. Idaho has 34 cross-country ski areas including Priest Lake, Lolo Pass Trail, Magic Mountain Ski Resort, Schweitzer, Palouse Divide, Galena Lodge & Teton Ridge Ranch.
